RETURNS POLICY

 

Please email invogueluxury@gmail.com prior to returning any items.

  • A refund request needs to be within 7 days of delivery for ALL orders.
  • Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns outside this time frame will be denied by Invogue Luxury.
  • We do not cover your shipping costs back to us.
 
 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle all goods with extreme care and ensure that you send the package by a method which insures the value of the goods, as well as retaining your proof of postage. If the goods do not reach us within the specified time frame above, we reserve the right not to process your return. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and within the specified time frame from receipt of goods.

  • When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you do not use unnecessary force.
  • Items must have all original labels attached and be in original packaging.
  • When trying on items please be extremely careful as we can not accept any returns that show make up, fake tan, deodorant, perfume stains or smoke smells. If it's a bodysuit please make sure the hygiene seal has not been removed.
  • We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed and are not in a resellable condition.

EXCHANGES

  • We do not accept exchanges.
  • We will gladly issue you a refund if you would like to re order in different size/color.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • We do not cover your shipping costs back to us.
  • We do not accept sale items for return.
  • We do not accept accessories for return.
  • We do not accept swimwear for return.
  • We do not accept lingerie for return.
  • We do not accept shoes for return.
  • We do not accept items purchased on sale, discounted with a coupon/ Promotional Code, or final sale.
  • Items purchased on sale that are received damaged, will be replaced.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at invogueluxury@gmail.com.

 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

INSURANCE

Invogue Luxury  insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver, the signee becomes responsible for all items.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We are unable to redirect orders.
  • PLEASE NOTE: INVOICES WILL HAVE LOW DECLARATION VALUE FOR CUSTOM PURPOSES. THIS IS NOT THE AMOUNT YOUR GARMENT COSTS. THIS IS ONLY FOR CUSTOM PURPOSES FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
  • Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
  • Our delivery time starts when order is placed, 2-7 processing days , and 3-7 delivery period.
  • Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours once given payment. A $5.00 fee will be charged. ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED  AFTER 24 HOURS.
